AN UPDATED MESSAGE ABOUT COVID-19 AND OPENING OUR TERRACES AGAIN
Firstly, we do hope that you and your families have been coping with the lockdown and have managed to stay safe and well in these unprecedented times. And thank you to all of you who have kept in touch with us over social media and sending us your good wishes and new ideas for when we reopen.
As the government begins to ease the restrictions placed upon us all due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are beginning to formulate our plans to how we can reopen and sure the health and safety of our customers, staff and suppliers. This will entail creating a new compliance manual and carrying out a full and thorough deep sanitising of our partner restaurants as well as observing social distancing rules.
For us it seems almost as if we are opening for the first time at our restaurants and are excited to welcome all our customers, both existing and new, back again.
Our restaurant partners are planning for something new and exciting and will be celebrating with grand reopenings to showcase their new food and drinks menus.
The focal point for us will of course be our outside Summer Terraces where tables will be well spaced out to ensure we adhere to the 2-metre rule and make sure all our customers feel safe and comfortable.

V Shisha is a London-based branded Shisha company based in Mayfair that has been working in the Shisha industry around the world for over 10 years.
We offer a bespoke service to the food and beverage industry with terraces and rooftop terraces, ensuring that the hotel and restaurant’s reputation and standards are met.
Shisha has typically been enjoyed with food and drinks by the Middle Eastern clients from the UAE and Emirates, followed by the Russians and then the Far East, including Asia. However, most frequent travellers now insist on V Shisha to complement their dinner or lunch.
In the past few years, we have experienced an increase in wealthy Chinese residing in London and other major holiday destinations in the South of France. They are becoming regular visitors to exclusive hotels and high-end restaurants and enjoy fine dining and smoking quality Shisha.
As a result, we have seen an increase in enquiries from operators in the food and beverages industry as well as the hotel industry wanting the services we provide. Furthermore, whilst Shisha is enjoyed in the summer months it has become almost as popular in the winter months where the venue has patio heaters, enticing winter drinks and a good food menu.
